柴油动力微型客车总体布置和设计 摘 要 在本项设计之中，外型的设计上主要参考了老师提供的资料和其他相关的车型。同时做了改动，在底盘的布置和整车布置中，合理的布局人体姿势和座位的安排。现时根据驾驶员和乘客的视野，完成各项装置的设计，保证汽车在给定要求下的合理布置。本设计采用以人为本，用途广泛，经济实用的理念，进行了合理布局。 本篇说明书说明了微型客车设计的全部过程和计算内容，我的毕业设计内容是柴油动力的微型客车设计，我首先对汽车的主要形式进行了总体的确定，包括对汽车的外形尺寸的设计和汽车总体机构布置的确定，还要确定汽车发动机的功率，以及汽车最高车速和百公里油耗，爬坡度和转弯半径，还有的就是离去角和接近角的确定。其中还需要前悬与后悬的确定，汽车轮距与长宽高尺寸的选择，经过与大家的讨论后决定采用前轮为独立悬架然而后轮为非独立悬架。　　 全套图纸，加 　 我的设计中驻车制动的驱动机构采用手动驻车；而且是串联双腔制动主缸，我才用了双回路结构。设计中根据总体参数和制动器的结构与参数，通过理论推导和计算，再我自己计算后得到了制动时的制动力和制动力矩。 我在选定完发动机后，开始确定汽车传动比，并且设计了变速器，和同学商量了汽车的传动性能，从而确定了汽车的动力特性，通过计算后我确保驱动力与阻力的平衡还有一项就是加速度和加速时间的确定，以及动力因数的计算。然后计算了汽车的经济性能，计算了理想状态下汽车的燃油消耗，最后确定了汽车稳定情况，保证了汽车行驶的安全性能，保证了汽车的安全性。 关键词：底盘，外形，尺寸，速度，布置，传动比 diesel-powered truck design ABSTRACT In this design, in the outlook design has mainly referred to QingLing and other related vehicle types.　Simultaneously has made a modification. Service break system used to force the vehicle to show down and keep a steady speed when down grading. The parking break system intended to hold the vehicle immovable when parked on an incline. This design carries on the synthesis analysis to the drum type of the brake structural style. It compares the advantages and disadvantages of six kinds of forms, and according to this contrast analysis of the kinds of the brake plan, the horseshoe type’s brake is adopted. Its main merits
