精品论文 参考文献 高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床价值 彭云（甘肃省山丹县人民医院 734100） 　　摘要：目的 探讨高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床价值。方法 应用高频彩超对162 例腹痛小儿常规腹部多切面扫查，排除其他疾病，重点检查右下腹及脐周等肠系膜分布区，观察并记录淋巴结的大小、形态、回声、数量及长短轴比值（L/S），用彩色多普勒观察内部血流情况。经抗炎治疗7-10d 后复查彩超，并将治疗前后的图像特点及结果进行对比。结果 162 例患儿均在腹腔内清晰显示肿大淋巴结，多发（4-8 个），为密集型或串珠分布。长径大者21 mm，小者6 mm，纵横比（L/Sgt;2）。CDFI：可见星点状、棒状或树枝状血流信号，RI（0.65plusmn;0.03）。复查结果显示淋巴结明显减少或缩小。结论 高频彩超能清晰显示肠系膜淋巴结，对临床诊断治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎及愈后随访具有重要的临床价值。 　　关键词：小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎 高频彩超 临床价值【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165（2015）13-0066-02The Clinical Value of High Frequency Doppler Ultrasound in Mesenteric Lymphadenitis in PediatricsPeng yunAbstract:Objective This study aimed at the color Doppler ultrasound assessment in mesenteric lymphadenitis in pediatrics. Methods The highfrequency Doppler ultrasound was adopted to scan the multi-views of abdominal of 162 children who suffered abdominal pain and exclude other diseases.Focus on examination of mesenteric distribution area of the right lower quadrant abdominal and navel. Observe and record the size, shape, echo, number,axial ratio of thelymph nodes and use the high frequency Doppler ultrasound to observe the internal blood flow. After the anti-inflammatory treatment(about 7-10 days), use the high frequency Doppler ultrasound for a check and compare the two results (the characteristics of images) oftreatment.Results the 162 cases were clearly displayed the enlarged lymph nodesin the abdominal cavity. Through observing the enlarged lymph nodes tofind out the largest diameter is 24mm, the least one is 8mm and the axial ratio is larger than 2. The signals of blood flow of star-like, rod-like or tree-likewere visible. RI (0.65plusmn;0.03). Review the results showed that the enlarged lymph nodes were reduced significantly.Conclusion The high frequencyDoppler ultrasound can clearly display the mesenteric lymph nodes.
