精品论文 参考文献 高血压肾病患者心理干预及效果分析的研究 杜爱华1 吴开凤2 (1山东省枣庄市薛城区中医院 277016) (2山东省枣庄市薛城区人民医院 山东枣庄 277016) 【摘要】目的:探讨心理干预在高血压肾病患者中的临床效果。方法:对我院接收治疗的100例呼吸科患者资料进行分析，医护人员根据患者入院时间顺序分为两组，每组有50例患者。对照组采用常规方法护理，实验组采用心理干预护理，比较两组护理效果等指标。结果:实验组护理总有效率96%高于对照组(88%)(P＜0.05)；实验组对我院护理满意度达到96%高于对照组(P＜0.05)；实验组入院24hSAS、HAMA评分没有统计学差异(Pgt;0.05)；治疗第三天，实验组SAS评分为(33.23plusmn;7.21)，HAMA评分为(6.78plusmn;5.77)低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论:临床上，对高血压肾病患者采用心理干预护理效果较好，能够有效减轻患者痛苦，值得推广使用。 【关键词】心理干预 高血压肾病 临床效果 【中图分类号】R544.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）19-0079-02 Analysis of patients with hypertensive nephropathy and the effect of psychological intervention 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of psychological intervention on patients with hypertensive nephropathy. Methods: 100 cases of patients in Department of respiration of our hospital to receive treatment data were analyzed according to the admission time, medical personnel were divided into two groups, each group has 50 patients. The control group received conventional nursing, the experimental group adopted psychological intervention, indexes of the two groups were compared the nursing effect etc.. Results: in the experimental group, nursing total efficiency is 96% higher than that of the control group (88%) (P lt; 0.05); the experiment group on nursing satisfaction of my courtyard reached 96% higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.05); statistically significant difference between the experimental group was 24hSAS, HAMA score (Pgt;0.05); treatment for third days, the experimental group SAS score (33.23plusmn;7.21), HAMA score was (6.78plusmn;5.77) lower than that of the control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical in patients with hypertensive nephropathy, using psychological intervention nursing effect is good, can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients, is worthy to be popularized. 【keyword】 psychological intervention
