第32卷第 8期 Vo1．32．No．8 2011年8月 环 境 科 学 Aug．，2011 ENVIR0NMENTAL SCIENCE 陆地生态系统土壤呼吸时空变异的影响因素研究进展 陈书涛 ，胡正华 ，张勇，沈小帅，史艳姝 (南京信息工程大学环境科学与工程学院，南京 210044) 摘要 ：土壤呼吸是碳循环中的 1个重要过程 ，土壤呼吸作用 的过程及其影 响因子对理解 陆地碳循环极为关键．本文对迄今为 止 国内外关于土壤呼吸时空变异性影 响因素的一些研究进行综述 ，分析 了气候 、植被 、土壤 因素对土壤呼吸变异性 的影响规 律．以往的研究表明，气候因素中对土壤呼吸具有重要影响的因子为气温和降水，植被因素 中对土壤呼吸具有重要影响的因 子为叶面积指数 、凋落物质量、细根生物量 ，而土壤 因素中的有机碳含量、质地对土壤呼吸具有影响．气候、植被、土壤 因素对 土壤呼吸的影响往往表现为综合作用．温度、降水一方面直接影响土壤中根系和微生物的呼吸速率，另一方面通过影响植物、 微生物生长以及土壤条件从而问接影响土壤呼吸．要更深入地 了解土壤呼吸时空变异性的影 响因素 ，须解 决4个方面 的主要 问题 ，分别为：定量区分土壤呼吸中自养和异养组分，土壤呼吸观测方法及时问尺度统一，土壤呼吸与环境因子 的同步观测， 加强对湿地生态系统土壤呼吸的观测 ． 关键词 ：陆地生态系统 ；土壤呼吸 ；变异；气候；植被 ；土壤 中图分类号 ：X144 文献标识码：A 文章编号 ：0250．3301(2011)08．2184-09 Review oftheFactorsInfluencing theTemporaland SpatialVariability ofSoil Respiration in TerrestrialEcosystem CHEN Shu—tao，HU Zheng—hua，ZHANG Yong，SHEN Xiao—shuai，SHIYan—shu (SchoolofEnvironmentalScienceandEngineering，NanjingUniversityofInformationScienceandTechnology，Nanjing210044， China) Abstract：Soilrespiration isan importantprocess in carbon cycling． Understanding the processesand controlling factorsof soil respiration arecrucialin investigatingtheterrestrialcarboncycling．Thisarticlereviewstheinvestigationsaboutthefactorscontrolling thetemporalandspatialvariability ofsoilrespiration．Thetemporaland spatial variability in soilrespiration islinkedwith climate， vegetationandsoilfactors．Airtemperatureandprecipitationgenerally contributegreattothevariability ofsoilrespiration．Leafarea index(LAI)，litterfallandfinerootbiomassarethreeplant-relatedfactorsthatcanbeemployedtoexplainedthevariabilityofsoil respiration，while soilcarbon contentand texturearetwosoilfactorsresponsibleforthevariability ofsoilrespiration．Generally， climate，veget
