摘 要
高中阶段的英语学习在整个学习过程中起着举足轻重的作用。并且因为各方面的原因,这一阶段的学习最易出现两极分化的现象,即我们平时所说的优等生和后进生。对于后进生教学,让每个英语老师都感到烦恼。然而后进生一直大量存在,所以提高后进生的学习效率便成为许多学者一直关注的问题。张正东提出的立体式教学法主张教学主体(学生)、教学客体(语言)、教学环境(教师、母语、教材、手段、条件等)三要素密切结合和相互照应,形成一个系统,从而发挥出“1+1+1>3”的整体效应。本文将首先从教学主体、教学客体和教学环境这三方面来分析高中后进生在英语学习中的问题,然后系统的介绍了立体式教学发的要素,并通过这一理论来指导后进生教学,提出相应的切实可行的解决措施,为提高后进生教学提供一个新的平台。

Abstract
English learning of high school plays an important role in our whole study process. And because of various reasons, it is very easy to come out the polarization in this learning term: first-rate students and backward students. All English teachers are vexed by teaching of backward students. But the fact is that many backward students exist all the time. Therefore, the problem of enhancing backward students’ learning effect is noticed all the time by many researchers. The three-dimensional teaching approach which is put forward by Zhang Zhengdong, advocates that the effectiveness of ELT is decided by the connection and interaction of many factors, which can be classified into the following three: subject of teaching (the learner), object of teaching (the target language) and teaching environment (the teacher, textbook, means of teaching, learner’ mother tongue, and other conditions, etc). The power of a whole system functions more than that of the sum of the factors, i.e.1+1+1≠3, but 1+1+1>3. First of all, this thesis analyzes the problems of backward students in English learning from subject of teaching, object of teaching and teaching environment. Then it will give a systematic introduction of three-dimensional teaching approach and finally puts forward four related measures to improve backward students’ learning efficiency in high school.
