毕 业 论 文 绿色贸易壁垒对中国农产品出口的影响与对策 专 业 国际经济与贸易 学生姓名 陈 波 班 级 BM国贸071 学 号 0751409153 指导教师 蔡 弘 志 完成日期 二零一一年六月 绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品的影响与对策 摘 要：随着全球经济一体化的进程，许多国家尤其是发达国家的政府日益关注环境、资源问题，消费者的绿色消费思想也不断深入。因此，保护生态环境，促进可持续发展已经成为全人类的共同观点。各国政府的“绿色”政策也日益成为更好的服务于环境相关目标的工具。我国是个农业大国,同时也是农产品出口大国。但是,近年来,发达国家凭借他们在科技、管理、资金及环保方面的优势,为达到保护贸易的目的,推出了一种新的非关税壁垒即绿色贸易壁垒，中国农业参与国际经济活动面临巨大的挑战和风险。 依据我在课本中所学的知识，在参考了国内外大量的文献、期刊的基础上，从绿色贸易壁垒的概念入手，阐述了绿色壁垒的内涵和主要表现形式，然后联系我国农产品贸易遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的现状，从而深刻的剖析了我国农产品遭遇阻绿色贸易壁垒的主要原因。最后，从我国农业发展的实际情况出发，针对我国农产品贸易应该如何突破绿色贸易壁垒，提出了一些可操作性的对策、建议。 关键词：绿色壁垒;农产品贸易;影响与对策 Green barriers on agricultural trade in China and its countermeasures Abstract：With the process of global economic integration, many countries, especially the governments of developed countries increasingly concerned about the environment, resources, consumers are also thinking green consumption continues to develop.
