The results of T GA show that the onset temperatures of the decomposition for D in the D-V are all higher than 240 e , indicating preferable thermal stability . The XRD patterns display that the inter- layer spacings of the D-V increases w ith the increase of the content of D . T he SEM images show that Na-V displays flake shape w ith the particles adhered and interw inded each other, and the particles of the D-V are formed of irregular shapes. The antibacterial activity of the D-V increases w ith the in- crease of the content of D , and D-V containing 19. 7% of D shows good antibacterial activity w ith the Minimal Inhibitory Concentrations against E. c ol i and S . aure us of 720mg # L- 1 and 100mg # L- 1 , re- spectively.
