花炮卷条机的设计.doc

摘要 卷条机广泛应用于鞭炮行业的生产中，是一种典型的花炮机械，它的出现标志着花炮的生产开始由最原始的手工生产走向机械化生产，从而很大程度上降低了花炮生产这一高危行业的危险性。设计从现场实习调研开始，深入了解了卷条机的发展，工作原理以及现有的不足，仔细了解了卷条机卷筒的过程。最终选择了一体式设计，即集上钎、搓筒、抽钎、钎回收等诸多功能于一体。其主要机构有送钎机构、上钎机构、搓板滚筒机构、后架摇杆机构、抽钎机构、钎回收机构等组成，还包括齿轮传动机构、带传动机构以及拨钎挡钎等一些机构。说明书整理了整个设计的流程以及设计过程中的一些问题和解决方法，通过对比择优，对现有产品进行了改进，也指出了一些仍然存在的问题。说明书着重介绍了对送钎机构、上钎机构、搓板滚筒机构、后架摇杆机构、抽钎机构的设计和三维建模，并附带了一些三维模型的图片以加以说明，从而可以更加直观的了解机器的工作原理和设计过程。设计着重于对机械部分的设计，对于动力部分和传动部分加以简述，以有利于机械的工作。 关键词：一体式；送钎；搓板滚筒机构；抽钎；后架摇杆；拨钎；卷条 夹钎 ABSTRACT Volume firecrackers are widely used in machine manufacturing industry, it is a typical fireworks machinery, it marks the emergence of the production of fireworks started from the most primitive to the manual production of mechanized production, and thus to a large extent this reduces the production of fireworks the risk of high-risk industries.
