微创内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床进展 　　【摘要】 股骨粗隆间骨折是骨科的优势病种，微创内固定是目前首选。微创治疗手段包括钉板系统的微创化和髓内固定系统两种，髓内固定系统形成独立的治疗和评价体系。目前改进的PFNA-Ⅱ有广泛的使用，临床在重视分型治疗和分级治疗结合的同时，早期整体模式和程序化模式结合有良好的疗效。本文综述了股骨粗隆间骨折的临床现状和最新进展，主要是微创内固定的方向进行探讨，为该病的治疗明确理论依据。 　　【关键词】 股骨粗隆间骨折； 微创内固定； 临床进展 　　【Abstract】 Femoral intertrochanteric fracture is the dominant disease in department of orthopedics，and minimally invasive internal fixation is the first choice.The therapies include two technology：minimally invasive treatment of plate and nail system and intramedullary nailing systems.The intramedullary fixation system provides independent treatment an
