DOI:10.16541/j.cnki.2095-8420.2015.05.013 教师流动视野下的大学与中小学合作 刘雪莲 ( 温州大学教师教育学院，温州 325035) 摘　 要： 自 20 世纪 80 年代以来，大学与中小学之间的合作已成为一种趋势。原因很简单，理论与实践不 能彼此相隔，分占其中之一优势的大学与中小学，唯有合作才能在当代教育改革与发展中达到双赢。但现有合 作形式单一且偏于表面化，合作地位不平等，大学与中小学之间并未形成真正地合作共同体，尤其是参与合作 的教师，并没有发挥应有的积极作用，也没有达到理想的合作效果。如何进一步深化大学与中小学之间的合作 伙伴关系，是当前值得探究的一个问题。基于义务教育阶段教师流动制的启示，提出实行大学与中小学之间教 师流动的具体路径、意义和应注意的问题。最后，揭示了研究的不足与展望。 关键词：教师流动；大学；中小学；合作 ’ The Perspective of Teachers Mobility: Collaboration between Universities and Primary and Secondary Schools LIU Xuelian (School of Teacher Education, Wenzhou University, Wenzhou 325035, China) Abstract: Since the 1980s, the collaboration between Universities and Primary and Secondary Schools has become a trend, owing to the aim of the combination of theory and practice. Only by cooperation can Universities and Primary and Secondary Schools achieve a win-win situation. However, since the current cooperation mode is superficial, unequal and with only one form, the collaboration between Universities and Primary and Secondary Schools has not been really established, especially the cooperation between the participating teachers, who plays no positive role and achieving no desired cooperative effect. How to deepen the cooperation between Universities and Primary and Secondary Schools is worth exploring at present. Basing on ’ teachers mobility at the compulsory education stage, the author puts forward the specific measure, significance and problems that should be paid attention to for the communication between the teachers of Universities and Primary and Secondary Schools. Finally, the deficiencies and the future development trend of the research are also listed
