摘 要 针对目前高校心理健康课程实施模式上存在的一些问题，借鉴“发展性咨询”理念，根据大学生所处的外部
环境以及大学生心理发展的特点，文章探讨了“发展性咨询”视野下高校心理健康课程改革的有效性和可行性，重新
建构一种更贴近大学生实际生活的心理健康课程实施模式，从而实现高校心理健康课程结构、功能、内容、教师的教
育理念的变革。

Abstract To solve the problems of the implementation mode in college students mental health educations, we explore the ef-
fectiveness and feasibility of the reforms of the mental health courses assisted by developmental counseling, according to the
external environment and the psychological development of college students. Another purpose of this study is to reconstruct a
kind of implementation mode in mental health educations, suitable for the actual life of college students, and to bring the re-
forms of the mode, function, content and the philosophy of the mental health courses in colleges.
