“一带一路”背景下翻译人才需求分 析及启示一一以内蒙古MTI人才培养为 例 陈亚杰 内蒙古工业大学 摘要： 本研宄以内蒙古自治区这一重要节点为例，通过调查问卷和访谈，对15家企事 业单位括自治区、市外事管理、服务部门、大型企事业单位、内蒙古驻外企业 就该地区对外语翻译人才的需求状况、翻译人员现奋服务能力和水平、能力要求 等方面开展了调研。另外，对现有翻译硕士（MTI）学位授权单位的人才培养状 况进行了梳理和分析。结果显示，内蒙古FI前亟需服务于外向型经济发展的高级 外语翻译人冰;现有MT1人冰培养目标和服务定位应加以调整，凸显民族特色和 地域优势;各翻译人才培养高校应依托固有的办学优势和特色，其MTI培养应以 翻译能力培养为主线，以实践为导向，以培养服务于内蒙古地方经济社会的应 用型翻译人才为长远目标。 关键词： “ 一带一路”；高层次外语翻译人才;翻译硕上; 作者简介：陈亚杰，内蒙古工业大学外国语学院教授。主要研宄方向为英语听说 教学、英汉翻译理论与实践研究。电子邮箱：1141258709@ 基金：内蒙古自治区2015年教育教学改革研宂与实践项A “我区翻译硕士（MTI） 培养模式研宄”（编号YJG20151012802） Analysis and Implication of the Demand for Translation Talents under the Background of the “Belt and Road” A Case Study of Inner Mongolia MTI Education CHEN Yaiie Abstract： Since the implementation of the Bel t and Road Tni tiative, the shortage of qualified translators and interpreters in the regions along the Belt and Road has impeded their local economic development and the acceleration of opening up policy. Taking Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, an important link as an example, this study surveys a total number of 15 enterprises and organizations, including foreign affairs offices, service departments and overseas companies through questionnaires and interviews, aiming to discover the demand for translation talents, the capability and level of the current translators service, the ability requirements as well as the current status of MT I education in some local universities. The results show that Tnner Mongol ia has an urgent need for high-level translation talents to meet the need of the export-oriented economy;the objectives and service orientation of current MTI training programs should be adjusted to highlight the local ethnic characteristics and regional advantages;universities should rely on their inherent unique features in the cultivation of taients;MTT education should focus on the improvement of the translators’ competence while emphasizing the importance of practical skills and establishing a longterm goal of training applied translation
