养浩然正气为青春导航 对高校辅导员的启示 五四精神  山西传媒学院艺术设计系 摘要： 高校辅导员之所以有着举足轻重的地位和作用，在于他们是大学生思想品德、政 治教育的先锋工作者。然而，由于辅导员职业发展的道路不清晰，角色定位参差 错乱以及当代大学生的复杂性，使得其工作的开展荆棘载途。本文通过追忆五四 运动，梳理其伟大的爱国主义精神、民主科学精神和勇于实践精神，为辅导员端 正立场，增强信心，进而分析辅导员顺利幵展工作的内外部条件;健全外部制度， 从制度层面厘清辅导员职业发展道路;提升自身素养，从个体层面拓展辅导员职 业深度;之后在良性体制的基础上开展形式多样的学生活动，提高思想政治教育 的有效性。 关键词： 五四精神;高校辅导员;思想政治教育; Raising the Great Spirit for Youth Navigation The enlightenment of the May 4th Spirit on college counselors WANG Xiaojuan Department of Art Design， Communication University of Shanxi; Abstract： The instructors, working for undergraduates, undoubtedly play a significant role in directing students ideology and morality. Unfortunately, the road toward the instruction work is paved with thistles and thorns due to the following deficiencies: the ambiguous career for instructors, the confused orientation for the faculty and the complicated situation of the contemporary students. For that reason, this paper aims at carrying forward and deepening the spirits of the great patriotism, democracy and science and the courage to practice for all in memory of the May 4 th Movement. Such a move will help the instructors set right minds and grow more confident. Meanwhile, it also provides an opportunity to analyze the external and internal conditions for instruction work. For example, the external system should be improved and the career for instructors should be clarified. What’s more, the instructors themselves are supposed to promote their own quality and explore their professions deeply. Based on a sound system, more diverse activities should be encouraged to strengthen the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory.
