某大型化工集团公司导入WCM世界级制造策划资料课件
* * * * * * Topic: Future State ====================== For step #3, explain the term “continuous flow.” Many of our products have a short cycle. (Approximately 18 months). Products are continuously flowing – into the beginning of the cycle, through middle of the cycle, and to the end of the cycle. For step #5 – this is dynamic. Always working to improve the process. Continuous improvement is the name of the game. 1.介绍5类客户的概念:外部:直接、中间;内部:平级、上级、下级 * * * * * * * Topic: The 7 Wastes ============== Display the prepared flip chart page that lists the 7 wastes. Taiichi Ohno (of Toyota) defined these 7 types of muda. Cost effectiveness and high quality depend on eliminating these wastes found in manufacturing. Briefly explain the categories (details on following slides). Quantity: Too much that is not needed and not efficient Overproduction – Making more than the customer needs Inventory – Doing something nobody needs now Transporting – trucking, carrying, walking items People: Too much work, too much movement, or “hurry up and wait”. Processing non-value added work – Doing what customers don’t value Waiting – Can’t process until something happens hurry up and wait. Excessive motion - such as Walking, driving, handling something multiple times. (also can address ergonomics/ safety, are people leaning over too much to do their work?) Quality: Reducing the number of defects directly reduces the amount of waste. * Topic: The 7 Wastes ============== Overproduction = Making more than the customer needs Over-production is the waste that causes the most problems for manufacturing processes. When you reduce this, you will see a significant reduction of time and cost in any process! Describe: one example from Motorola manufacturing sites. Example: The first step in production is often to run parts through an expensive piece of equipment. There is a tendency to want keep this equipment running. However, the result can be overproduction and product
