(打不还手,骂不还口)Children must obey their parents. 2. ●Examination oriented education plays a dominating role in Chinese education system, which is mainly based on score. ● Schools strive to improve students’ score and enrollment rate. ● Many schools’ entrance examination system evaluate students based on the score. ● People pursue the key high schools and prestigious universities. Subjective reasons Parents’ vanity They like comparing their children with others’. “Those get good grade and are admitted to good schools are good boys.” 3. Some parents are not aware of knowledge about home education. These parents either extremely spoil their children. Reflection the modes of family educating should not be rigid or inflexible; appropriate educating manners should be rationally chosen; something to be gained and to be lost needed sincerely balanced during the family education the modes of family educating should not be rigid or inflexible; three main kinds: authoritarian mode, authoritative mode, and permissive (indulgent) mode. 权威型、放任型和专制型 the tiger mother and the wolf father are related to the authoritarian mode, which is not always feasible to every family education. the authoritive parents may reflect on their education to the kids and sometimes even try to communicate with their kids to keep a relative mild relations. so, authoritative parenting is more suitable and democratic. appropriate educating manners should be rationally chosen; some parents are still affected by the convent
