This paper uses the state intervening Keynesian Model to analyze the relation between monetary policy and price level. According to the Keynesian Model, the expansionary monetary policy really could enhance the demand and output in the short term, and money is non-neutral. However, in the medium and long term, it may first cause a demand-pull type inflation, and then turn to a cost-push type, and at this time money is neutral. According to the empirical analysis on China’s macroeconomic time series data during the year 1992-2010, this paper finds that monetary policy has a cont
