江西省大学生入伍现状与入伍意愿影响 因素 龍臟雜尹子霄 南昌大学 目的:调查分析江西省高校大学生入伍现状与意愿，为高校征兵宣传提供理论棊 础。方法:采用自编一般情况问卷、社会调奔问卷及大学生入伍动机调奔表对483 名江西省在校大学生进行调查，对3所学校的校武装部进行深度访谈。结果：(1) 大学生愿意入伍的比率较低，愿意选择在上学期间入伍的大学生占25. 26%，不 愿意的大学生占45. 76%，不确定的占28. 99%; (2)年级、是否为独生子女在入 伍意愿上有统计学差异(x 2=9.392，5.983;P0.05) ; (3)对军人的职业态度、 家人或朋友对参军的态度、入伍政策了解程度、家庭经济情况在入伍意愿上有统 计学差异(t=-9.240, -7.486，-3.754, 2. 054;P0. 05) ; (4)大学生入伍动机 总分为(73. 18±11.69)分，在对军人的崇拜和向往、希望在军营里磨练自己、 体验不同的生活、性格适合部队、从小受到的教育，认为参军光荣、希望到军营 建功立业、英雄人物和事迹、从义务，报效祖国、对军事武器感兴趣上存在显著 差异(t=5.374, 4.096, 6.657，3.117, 3.386, 3.507, 2.505，3.502, 4.223;P0.05)。结论:愿意入伍的江西省高校大学生比率较低，大学生入伍意 愿受多种因素影响。 关键词： 入伍;大学生;入伍意愿调査问卷;武装部;深度访谈; 尹子霄 E-mail :amberdl233@163. com 2017-11-04 College Students’ Enlistment Status and Influencing Factors of Willingness in Jiangxi Province YU Qiuvu LEI Yao LUO Jiao Nanchang University; Abstract： Object!ve:To investigate and analyze the present situation and willingness of Enlistment college students in Jiangxi.
