柔性管理在妇产科护理管理实践中的应 用效果研究 生院 目的研宄柔性管理在妇产科护理管理实践中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1 月2017年6月我院收治的100例妇产科患者作为研究对象，按收治时间先后顺 序分为两组，每组50例。对照组患者（收治吋间2016年I9月）实施常规护理 管理，观察组患者（收治时间2016年10月2017年6月）采用柔性管理。比较 两组患者的护理质量、护理满意度、护理差错率及投诉率。结果观察组患者的 服务流程、护理技术、健康教育、护理人员服务态度和质量评分5项护理质量评 分均明显高于对照组（P0.05），护理总满意度（92.00%）明显高于对照组 （P〈0.05）,护理差错率（2.00%）和投诉率（2.00%）均明显低于对照组 （P0. 05）。结论在妇产科护理管理屮实施柔性管理具有良好的应用效果，有助 于护理质量及患者满意度的提高，减少护理差错的发生，临床推广应用价值高。 关键词： 妇产科;护理管理;柔性管理;实践;应用效果; 2017-08-23 Research on application effect of flexible management in obstetrics and gynecology department nursing management practice XIAO Yu-juan ZHANG Shi-bing Department of Nursing， People’ s Hospital of Xinfeng County in Jiangxi Province; Jiading Health Center of Xinfeng County in Jiangxi Province; Abstract： Objective To study the application effect of flexible management in obstetrics and gynecology department nursing management practice.
