Staff training problem analysis and countermeasures
Abstract: With the development of global economic integration,the development of human resources has become the core power of the organization, given important attention. Training as a specific form of human resources development, is to improve employee job skills and enterprise performance. The overall quality plays a very important role. It is an effective way to base on the research of the enterprise staff training to improve the enterprise performance.
Based on the human resources management theory and domestic training research literature, this article selects the Guangdong Jiangmen worship of circuit technology co., LTD. Company as the study case, the existing problems and causes during training employees has carried on the thorough investigation and analysis.
Through analysis, this article argues that advocates company in staff training, backward training, training organization strength is weak, lack of training objectives, training methods class list, which may lead to a company employee training inefficient.
To solve above problems, this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improvement the company training work. namely, formulating the transformation of training concept, with advanced modern enterprise training concept to guide enterprise staff training activities; Improving the training process, to do a good job of each link such as training needs analysis, Scientific orientation training objectives,
