唐 山 学 院 毕 业 设 计 设计题目：唐山市东港龙城住宅小区2#楼施工图预算的编制 系 别： 班 级： 姓　 　名： 指 导 教 师： 2014年5月26日唐山市东港龙城住宅小区2#楼施工图预算的编制 摘 要 本设计所选“唐山市东港龙城住宅小区2#楼”工程位于唐山市市区，总建筑面积4800.56平方米，建筑层数±0.000标高以上为七层，地下一层。建筑高度24.00米，结构形式为框架结构。本设计是施工图纸2012年《河北省消耗量定额工程量计算规则汇编》《20年全国统一建筑工程基础定额河北省消耗量定额》《20年全国统一建筑装饰装修工程消耗量定额河北省消耗量定额》依据，按照编制程序，遵循工程量计算规则Tangshan donggang liuzhou residential district 2 # building construction drawing budget establishment Abstract The selected project in this design is”the Tangshan Majuqiao indemnificatory housing 5th Building, which located in the downtown in Tangshan. The total construction area of it is 4800.56 m2. There are 7 floors over ± 0.000 construction elevation, 1floor under the ± 0.000 construction elevation .The building height of it is 24.00 m with the shear wall structure form. In this design, it has taken the working drawings of the Tangshan Majuqiao indemnificatory housing 5th Building and the2012 Hebei Province Consumption Fixed Quantity Computation Rule, 2012 National Unification Architectural Engineering Foundation Fixed Quantity Hebei Province Consumption Fixed Quantity and 2012National Unification Construction Decoration Repair Project Consumption Fixed Quantity Hebei Province Consumption Fixed Quantity as a basis for the calculation and valuation. At the same time, following the establishment procedures of bill of quantities and the engineering calculation rules, it has got all the quantities by hand calculation. Then, basing on the data and using the GBQ4.0 Pricing software, it finished the working drawing estimate of this project.
