凯文?凯利的自主技术论及其比较研究 王英 河海大学马克思主义学院 凯文?凯利是“互联网时代的精祌教父”，同时也是技术哲学家，他通过其技 术三部曲系统阐述了其乐观主义技术自主论思想。他认为，技术是人类生存的重 要组成部分，是自然界六大元素之后的第七元素，是人和自然共同构建的人生 环境。凯文?凯利对技术的自主性进行了详细的状态描述，对技术自主性的机理 做了深入的分析，并提出了人与技术共同进退的协同之道。凯文?凯利认为，技 术元素能够自我决定、自我发展，表现出其自主特性，并且通过其身性、自组织 性、同步性和进步性来实现。虽然技术具有自主性，但他认为人可以通过对多样 性技术的选择来实现人与技术的共同进退、协同发展，因此人类仍然具有自由和 主动。他是一位继承了传统技术自主论遗产，又有时代创新的后技术自主论者。 关键词： 凯文?凯利;技术自主论;技术元素;技术哲学; 基金：江苏省社科基金项目(13ZHB004) The Thought of Kevin Kelly on Autonomous of Technology WANG Hng School of Marxism, Hohai University; Abstract： Kevin Kelly is a non trained philosopher of technology, he described his thought of technology autonomy in optimism by his trilogy of technology. He believes that technology is an important part of human survival, is the seventh element of nature after the six elements, and is the common environment of human and nature to build. Kevin Kelly has described the state of autonomy of technology in detail, analyzed the mechanism of autonomy of technology to do an in-depth and put forward the collaborative way of people and technology. Kevin Kelly believes that technium can self decision and self development, showing its own characteristics of autonomous, and achieve through the in-body， self organization, synchronization and progress. Although the technology has the autonomous, but he believes that people can realize collaborative development of people and technology based on diversity technology selection, so we still have freedom and initiative.
