医学院校外语专业翻译工作坊教学模式  许明李莉 遵义医学院珠海校区外语系 医学院校外语专业教师专业素养有待进一步提高，学生学习理念有待进一步提 升。遵义医学院珠海校区外语系教学团队针对教学存在的问题，实施翻译工作坊 教学模式推进教学改革，取得了良好的效果。教学团队经过教学改革实践认识到: 医学院校必须进一步打造师资优势，融入医学特色;增加行业经验，提升教师学 历;补充教学资源，开辟第二课堂;搭建微信平台，加强团队合作。唯有如此，才 能不断提高翻译人才培养质量，满足社会对复合型翻译人才的需求。 关键词： 医学院校;翻译工作坊;教学模式; 收稿曰期:2017-08-24 基金：贵州咎教育规划课题“医学院校‘翻译工作坊’教学模式改革研究”（项 目编号:2014C027） On the Teaching Mode of English Majors-based Translation Workshop in Medical University With Zhuhai Campus, Zunyi Medical University as an Exemplar XU Ming LI Li Department of Foreign Languages， Zhuhai Campus of Zunyi Medical University; Abstract： It is generally believed that nowadays professional accomplishment of foreign language teachers in medical colleges and universities should be improved whereas the students’ learning philosophy also need to be renewed. Based on the investigation on current situation in translation course in foreign language department, the teaching team of Zhuhai campus, Zunyi Medical University adopted translation workshop as a model of teaching reform program, and thus achieved good results.Through this teaching reform practice, the team realizes medical colleges and universities should further take full advantage of the teachers and bring medical elements into translation courses, and the teachers themselves should intensify their industry experiences and seek further education. In addition, supplementary teaching resources and “the second classroom” are required to improve the students’ abilities and at same time We Chat platform should be bui11 to strengthen their teamwork. Only in this way can wc continuously improve the quality of translation personnel training so as to meet the needs on?interdisciplinary talents of the society.
