The appearance of a children room will be also listed to the one of that attempts. In this paper, we consider the time of the appearance used name:children room and the change of its position at the floor plans contained in housing books published in those days. The main clarified points are as follows: 1) The early children room can be checked in the latter Meiji Era, and it become popularize after the latter Taisho Era. 2) At the beginning, children room occupied at the first floor. But,when the Showa Era, children room connected with the parents bedroom and its position moved to at the upper floor.
