Chapter Six: Payment of Goods Means of Payment Mode of Payment Ⅰ. Means of Payment Means of Payment include cash and bills. Bills, also called negotiable instruments, is an unconditional order or promise to pay an amount of money that is easily transferable from one person to another. The parties to a Bill of Exchange A Bill of Exchange involves three parties: Drawer----the person who writes the order and gives directions to the person to make a specific payment of money.
