信息化论坛 Information Forum 拜耳医药保健有限公司支持——利用信息技术改进医疗服务 微信平台随访模式对农村脑卒中患者家庭康复治疗的影响 牟晓洋① 李栋良① 张光亮① 王曼华② 马健② 叶丹丹③ 穆峰 ＊ 摘 要 目的：探讨微信平台随访模式对农村脑卒中患者家庭康复治疗的影响。方法：将176例农村脑卒中患者按随机分为观 察组和对照组，对照组患者通过门诊复诊，观察组除通过门诊复诊，还通过微信平台随访模式指导患者进行家庭康复治疗。 分别在入组时、3个月末、6个月末、12个月末评定患者的日常生活活动能力，评价患者对家庭康复治疗的依从性，调查患者 及家属对微信平台随访模式的医疗服务满意度。结果：微信平台随访6个月后，观察组患者的日常生活活动能力评分高于对照 组（P0.01），观察组患者的家庭康复依从性优于对照组（P0.01），观察组患者对微信平台随访模式的医疗服务满意度优 于对照组（P0.01）。结论：微信平台随访模式能显著提高农村脑卒中患者家庭康复治疗的效果。 关键词　微信 脑卒中 家庭康复 农村患者 Doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-7571.2016.08.012 [中图分类号] R743;TP399 [文献标识码] A Effect of WeChat Platform Follow-up Model of the Family Rehabilitation for Stroke Patients in Rural / MU Xiao-yang, LI Dong- liang, ZHANG Guang-liang, et al//China Digital Medicine.-2016 11(8): 38 to 40 Abstract Objective: To investigate the effects of the WeChat platform follow-up model of the family rehabilitation for stroke patients in rural. Method: 176 stroke patients in rural who left the hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Those in observation group were administered family rehabilitation conducted through the WeChat platform follow-up model, in addition to out-patient follow-up; while those in control group were only treated with out-patient follow-up. The patients activities of daily living, compliance and satisfaction with medical services were assessed respectively at the time of enrollment, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Result: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the activities of daily living scores at the enrolling time and the end of 3 months. However, 6 months later, the activities of daily living scores of the observation group were more than those of the control group(P0.01)，the compliance of the observation group were better than the control group(P0.01), and the satisfaction with medical services for micro-channel platform follow-up mode were better than the control group(P0.01).
