Often they are used to facilitate makeup by filling in small spaces left after longer stories are placed on pages. 简讯（briefs），顾名思义，是报纸的简短新闻，常用来填补报上刊登的较长文章后空下的较小空白，以使版面完整。 NEWS ITEMS（新闻条目） A.
