It is recommend that manufacturing should provide customer more satisfaction with products and service, which spend lowest cost and highest quality and fastest manner. It is also the goal that manufacturing enterprises innovation management model. However, the northeast manufacturing still have many problems when it transform traditional enterprises management model into modern enterprises management model. Therefore, it is contribute for the northeast manufacturing that choosing appropriate innovation management model can promote the core competitiveness. The research object is the northeast manufacturing in this paper, at the same time, the adequately study part is the northeast manufacturing innovation management model.
