洗瓶机的结构设计 摘 要 本论文是针对洗瓶机的设计，因此对洗瓶机的组成结构进行计算设计是本论文需要解决的问题。本文主要进行了洗瓶机的概述，重点讲述了洗瓶机发展的现状趋势、在生活中的作用，对洗瓶机的传动系统进行了计算以及论证，在初步论证的基础上，进行了洗瓶机多工位间歇清洗传动系统的设计，对整机的传动系统进行了尺寸布局、结构部分进行了强度以及刚度的校核计算，并对传动系统选择的驱动电机进行了选型计算，重点进行了系统功率的计算，电机安装结构的确定、选择的传动方式的确定、系统传动减速比的计算、传动轴的计算，最终确定了整个传动系统在洗瓶机内的布局，以及机构的安装。其次进行了洗瓶机构工作系统的设计，最后对整个洗瓶机进行了校核论证，分析了洗瓶机在使用时的注意事项等。在上述分析计算完成后，使用AUTOCAD软件进行了洗瓶机装配图以及若干零件图的绘制。 关键词：机械设计；清洗机；清洗机构；玻璃瓶清洗；洗瓶机 Abstract This thesis is the design that aims at bottle-washer machine, therefore carries on a calculation design to the constituting of bottle-washer machine structure is the problem that this thesis needs to be worked out.This text mainly carried on the outline of bottle-washer machine, particularly related the present condition trend of bottle-washer machine development, in the role of life, carried on calculation and argument to the spreading of bottle-washer machine system, on the foundation of initial argument, carried on bottle-washer machine four intermittent molds press the design of spreading the system, to spreading of the whole machine system carried on size layout, structure part to carry on strength and just the school of degree calculated to calculate, and to spread a system choice of drove electrical engineering to carry on a chosen calculation, particularly carried on the calculation of system power, the electrical engineering installed structure really settle, determination of ransmission mode, clculation of the reduction ratio of the transmission and deceleration of the system, calculation of drive shaft, finally made sure the whole layout that spread system in the bottle-washer machine, and the gearing of organization.The design that secondly carried on the bottle-washer organization work system finally carried on pit argument in the school to the whole bottle-washer machine and analyzed bottle-washer machine use of regulation etc..At above-mentioned the analysis after computing the completion used AUTOCAD software to carry on drawing of the bott
