中央民族大学生命与环境科学学院 微生物综合性设计实验报告 2011年12月10日 化学抑杀菌剂的效果评价 ——常用抗菌药物的抑杀菌活性检测与评价 作者：马妍蓉 单位：中央民族大学 城市：北京市 邮编：100081 摘要：目的在人们日常生活中常用到各种抗病原体药物，包括各种抗生素和中药类复方抗菌药物等，本实验拟选取常用三种西药抗生素和一种中药复方抗菌药物进行实验，测定所用药剂不同浓度对不同菌种的抑杀效果，进行常用药抑杀菌的效果评价。方法 检测化学抑杀菌剂的作用活性的方法，通过杯碟法（管碟法）、滤纸片法（琼脂扩散纸片法）、石炭酸系数法及生长曲线测定等方法鉴定不同抑杀菌剂的作用效果。同时采用杯碟法（管碟法）、滤纸片法（琼脂扩散纸片法）还可以检测物品（如食品中）是否含有化学抑杀菌剂。结果 链霉素：由于对革兰氏阴性菌有抑菌作用，阳性菌不敏感，所以大肠杆菌抑菌圈会比较明显，而枯草芽孢杆菌和白色葡萄球菌抑菌圈会较小。四环素：阳性菌对其比较敏感，会形成较大抑菌圈，而大肠杆菌则不会。卡那霉素：大肠杆菌较敏感，会形成较大抑菌圈，而枯草芽孢杆菌和白色葡萄球菌则不会有大肠杆菌的效果。结论不同药剂不同浓度对不同病原菌效果不同。头孢拉定是一种很有效的抑杀菌剂，在很低浓度就对病原菌起到有效作用。单从抑杀菌效果来看，西药比中药效果要好一些。 关键词： 化学抑杀菌剂, 大肠杆菌, 白色葡萄球菌, 抑杀菌实验, 有效浓度 Evaluation of bactericide effect of chemical inhibition ——Suppressing drugs commonly used evaluation of the effect of sterilization Abstract: Objective Commonly used in daily life to a variety of drug resistant pathogens, including various antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine-based combination anti-bacterial drugs, this study intends to select three kinds of western medicine commonly used antibiotics and antibacterial drugs, one kind of Chinese herbal compound experiments measured at different concentrations used in different pharmaceutical The inhibition effect of killing bacteria, drugs commonly used to evaluate the effect of suppressing bacteria.
