The most important is to introduce the process of the implement of student score management system including the analysis of the system，the investigation of the system，the analysis of the data flow，the design of the functions，the design of the database and the implement，test and debugging of the system. The leading functions of the system includes the management of the users，the classes info，the students info，the courses info of classes，all of the courses info and the info of students scores and so on. It dissertates the demand of the functions，the design of the data-base and so on .
