1.- SUBJECT内容 Establish preventive maintenance and cleaning operations of press machines 建立冲床前期保养和清理工作方案 2.- SCOPE范围 This plan affects to all press machines, including their periphery equipments. Specifically 此方案适用与所有冲床，包括相关辅助设备。特别是: 3 Aomate APA 110 press machines 三台 APA 110冲床 Feeders 送料带 Coil supports 料架 3.- DEVELOPMENT 步骤 All maintenance operations are developed in annex I, where tasks to be done, frequency, if that operation must be done with machine running (R) or stopped (S), the estimated time to perform each operation as well as the person / company in charge of them are described To do these operations Machine Sheets, SOPs, etc. could be used to help the personnel involved.
