渤海大学本科毕业论文 苹果企业文化分析 Apples Corporate Culture Analysis 学 院（系）： 管理学院 专 业： 工商管理 学 号： 学 生 姓 名： 李 腾 入 学 年 度： 2009 指 导 教 师： 敖丽红 完 成 日 期： 2013年4月18日 摘 要 在当今世界，企业文化已成为一个企业的核心竞争力。企业文化决定着企业的长期战略、员工素质、运营理念和管理方式。本文从两个不同的角度解释了企业文化，分析了企业文化与企业发展的关系，论述了我国企业文化目前所存在的问题以及企业文化建设过程中需要注意的方面。以望国内企业管理者提高对“企业文化”的重视，加强企业文化建设。文章简单介绍了世界先进企业文化，进行了国内外企业文化差异的对比。加强国内企业文化建设，消除国内企业对企业文化建设方面的误区，改善中国企业面临的困境才能保持企业平稳和持续的发展。本文经过查阅资料和对比国内企业与苹果公司管理和文化的方方面面，运用案例分析、文献参考等方法，深入分析苹果公司的企业文化，并从营销文化、创新文化、竞争文化和领导文化等细节着手介绍苹果公司的发展。通过借鉴苹果优秀企业文化建设，从而列举了中国企业发展的几个弊端，思考了中国企业该如何发展。分析了中国企业与苹果公司的不同之处，阐述了该如何解决这些不足。 关键词：创新文化 ；领导文化 ；竞争文化；中国企业弊端 Abstract In todays world, corporate culture has become the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Enterprise culture determines the enterprises long-term strategy, staff quality, business philosophy and management style. This article explained the enterprise culture from the perspective of two different, analysis the relationship between enterprise culture and enterprise development, and discusses on the problems existed in our country enterprise culture and enterprise culture construction process need to be aware of.
