中华护理教育 年 月第 卷第 期 调查研究 2017 1 14 1 护理实践环境与患者安全文化感知的相关性研究 陈参参 张红梅 魏万宏 胡艳丽 ［摘要］ 目的 调查临床护士护理实践环境和患者安全文化感知现状， 并探讨护理实践环境与患者安全文化感知 的关系。 方法 采用自制一般资料调查表、护士工作环境感知问卷和患者安全文化感知问卷对郑州市 所三级综合 6 医院 名护士进行调查。 结果 护士临床护理实践环境总分为（ ）分，患者安全文化感知总分为（ 500 72.88±9.24 100.61± 12.72）分，相关分析显示，护士护理实践环境与患者安全文化感知呈正相关。 回归分析显示，同事关系、 医疗配置和人 力资源可解释患者安全文化感知总变异的39.4% 。 结论 管理者应完善支持性的护理实践环境，从而建立良性患者 安全文化，保障患者安全。 ［关键词］ 护士； 患者安全文化； 护理实践 The relationship between nurses ’ perceptions of nursing work environment and patient safety culture/CHEN ， ， ， Can-can ZHANG Hong-mei WEI Wan-hong HU Yan-li ［Abstract ］ Objective To investigate the current status of nurses ’ perceptions of nursing work environment and ， patient safety culture and analyze the relationship between them. Methods Totally 500 nurses from 6 tertiary general hospitals in Zhengzhou were investigated using work environment questionnaire and patient safety culture assessing scale. Results The total score of nursing work environment and nurses ’ perceptions of patient safety culture was （72.88±9.24 ） and （100.61±12.72），respectively. Nursing work environment was positively correlated to nurses ’
