Methods :Cardiovascular risk factors of 460 above 40 years old check-up crowd 2012.6-2013.9 were detected .Test projects, including baPWV,left ventricular ejection time(LVET),pre-ejection period(PEP), LVET/PEP,body mass index(BMI),heart rate(HR),systolic pressure (SYS),diastolic pressure (DIA),pulse pressure(PP),ankle arm index(ABI), fasting blood-glucose (GLU),creatinine (CREA),uric acid(UA),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL).Logistic regression was usedto analyze the factors and the relation between baPWV and LVET、PEP、LVET/PEP.Results: (1)Anomaly detection rate of the baPWV,LVET/PEP,LVET,PEP respectively were 78.0%、33.4%、49.5%、28.5%.There was no significant between the sexes on baPWV and PEP(P＞0.05).The female LVET and LVET/PEP were higher than male(P＜0.05).(2) From the age group to the old group,four groups of baPWV values along with the age growth and there was significant difference（P＜0.01）.There was significant difference between the age of 40-49 and 60-69(P＜0.01).There was nosignificant among the groups of PEP.Difference of TG,GLU,UA have different LVET,and there was significant difference(P＜0.05).The baPWV of abnormal CREAwas higher than normal CREA. The difference between the remaining parameters and biochemical indexes had no statistical significance.(4)The baPWV was related to AG、 BMI、HR、SYS、DIA、PP、ABI、GLU、CREA、UA、TG、TC (P＜0.05).LVET/PEPwas related to BMI、HR
