ABSTRACTObiective：TodetecttheexpressionofFOXM1andC-mycinnormalcervicaland early-stagecervicalcancer,andexploretheroleofFOXM1andC-mycinthedevelopmentofcervicalcancer,therelationshipbetweentheclinicalpathologicalfeatures,alsotheimpactonprognosis.Methods：TheexpressionofFOXM1andC-mycin25casesofnormalcervicaltissues and 98cases ofearly-stagecervical cancertissues weredetectedbyimmunohistochemicalElivisiontwo-stagesmethod,thenstatisticalanalysis.Analyzedtherelationship betweentheage,FIGOstage,histologicalgrade,depthofmyometrialinvasion, vaginalstumpcarcinoma,lymphaticmetastasis.Followed-upthepatientsand statisticedthesurvivaltime,thenperformedKaplan-Meiersurvivalcurveanalysis,to exploretherelationshipbetweentheexpressionofFOXM1andC-mycwith prognosis.Results:FOXM1wasdetectedinnormalcervicaltissuesandcervicalcancertissues, thepositiveexpressionrateis8%and73.4%,respectively.Thetwogroups statisticallysignificantdifference(P0.05).TheexpressionofFOXM1wasrelatedto FIGOstage,histopathologicgradeanddepthofmyometrialinvasion(P0.05).No relationshipwithage,growthtype,lymphaticmetastasis,vascularinvasionand vaginalinvolvement(P0.05).C-mycwasdetectedinnormalcervicaltissuesandcervicalcancertissues, thepositiveexpressionrateis44%and64.3%,respectively.Thetwogroups statisticallysignificantdifference(P0.05).TheexpressionofC-mycwasrelatedto FIGOstage,histopathologicgradeanddepthofmyometrialinvasion(P0.05).Norelationship with age, growth type, vascular invasion, lymphatic metastasis and vaginalinvolvement(P0.05).Spearmanrankcorrelation analysis showed: positivecorrelation between FOXM1andC-mycinCervicalCancer (r=0.227,P=0.024).HighexpressionofFOXM1andC-mycassociatedwithpoorprognosisin CervicalCancer,the5-yearssurvivalrateinlowornoexpressiongroupwashigher thanthehighexpressiongroup(P0.05).Conclusions：TheexpressionofFOXM1andC-mycweredetectedbothinnormalcervicaltissuesandcervicalcancertissues,withtheprogressofthedisease,thehigherthepositiveexpressionrate.Indicatedthattheywereplayedanimportantr
