笔记本电脑研发项目技术风险管理研究摘 要伴随着电子产业的成熟，整个笔记本电脑制造业已处在微利时代， 与之相反，产品设计应用的技术却越来越复杂，生产工艺的难度也越 来越高，技术风险的不良后果也逐步显现出来。同时研发成本的居高 不下，进一步凸显了技术风险管理的重要性。有效的技术风险管理可 在产品设计或生产工艺真正实现之前发现产品的弱点，可在项目研发 阶段就确定产品缺陷，并提出相应的对策。论文采用了 WBS-NUDD 方法，进行风险因素的识别；采用失效模 式与效应分析方法对风险进行定性分析；采用模糊分析评价法对风险 进行定量分析；给出了笔记本电脑研发项目的技术风险应对策略，并 介绍了针对此类项目普遍存在的、有代表性的技术风险因素的应对措 施；以 D2 笔记本研发项目为例，进行了技术风险管理；通过该项目 的实际成果验证了方法的有效性。关键词：研发项目，技术风险管理，工作分解结构，失效模式与影响 分析，模糊分析评价法STUDY ON TECHNICAL RISK MANAGEMENT FOR NOTEBOOK DESIGN PROJECTABSTRACTThe notebook computer manufacture has been into the meager profit era since the maturity of the electronics industry. In contrast, the application technology of notebook is more and more complicated, the difficulty of the production process has been higher than before, which cause the adverse consequences of technical rsih reveals gradually. At the same time, the cost of research and design remains high, which further highlights the importance of technical risk management.The effective manage for technical risk can realize the weakness and defect of product in design phase or before mass production. It can work out the solution to the weakness and defect based on analysis of risk management.This paper adoptes the WBS-NUDD method to identify the risk factors, the failure mode and effect analysis mothod to risk qualitative analysis, the fuzzy omprehensive evaluation method to risk quantitative analysis, work out the response strategy to the technical risk of notebook developing projects, then introduce responses measures to the common technical risk of these kind of projects.
