Study on Salt Tolerance of Plant in Coastal Saline-alkali SoilAbstractThis research uses the field test the method,take the Salix,Fraxinus Americana, Lonicera tatarica L.,Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb.,Syringa oblate Lindl.,Forsythia suspense Vahl. and Lagerstroemia indica L. 7 kind of plants two years lives the cuttage seedling as the object of study,studies them under the Tianjin nature salt alkaloid coercion its photosynthesis factor,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter, the chlorophyll, malondialdehyde,super oxide dismutase,the organic osmotic regulation material and the mineral element content change,and using the membership function,the principal components analysis and gray connection analysis mathematical method screening related bears the salty target,and carries on the quality synthetic evaluation.Under salt stress,7 kinds of plant leaves net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and chlorophyll content of leaves with soil salinity are increasing,while the intercellular CO2 concentrations were contrary trend MDA content,SOD activity, proline,soluble sugar and betaine content in stress process are related.In the stem, leaves Na+ and the Cl- content increases along with the salinity increases.And K+ and Ca2+ content was different for different species were studied.Because of inconsistent trend of Na+ and K+,so K+/Na+ different values change.From the perspective of parts, the species content of leaves in the Na+,K+,Ca2+,Cl- andK+/Na+ values are higher than the stem.Plants salt endurance is a complex quantity character,depends on a character or an index of 7 species of salt tolerance to evaluate the capability,the results are not all the same.Carries on the salt endurance quality synthetic evaluation to 7 kind of plant all indicators of the membership function of the mean value then the result is:Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb.Forsythia suspense Vahl.Lonicera tatarica L.Salix Lagerstroemia indica L.
