As thenarrownessofitsdispersalarea,thelowofitsseedsettingratesandgerminationrates,itisdifficult to grow up under natural conditions, so it was listed in Grade ⅡNationalProtectedPlants.ThisarticlemainlystudiesonthegeneticdiversityofManglietia patungensisanditsrelationshipwithotherManglietiaspecies.Theobjectiveofthisstudy istoprovideatheoreticalbasefortheresearchandbasicinformationofManglietia patungensis,forthegermplasmconservation,forapropertaxonstatusinManglietiaand evolutionanalysis.AccordingtothedistributionofPatungManglietia,fivepopulationwerechoosedto investigatethepopulationdiversityandgeneticstructure,usingISSR、SRAPmolecularmarkersandpolyacrylamidegelelectrophoresis.Inaddition,therelationshipbetween PatungManglietiaandotherspeciesingenusofManglietiawasestimatedbasedontheISSRandSRAPmarkersandpalynology.Themainconclusionsareasfollows:Geneticdiversity:ISSRanalysisrevealedthatthethegeneticdiversityofspecies level(PPB=91.32%,He=0.3448,I=0.5075)andthegeneticdiversityofpopulations level(PPB=93.48%,He=0.3323,I=0.4935).SRAPanalysisshowedthat(PPB=93.48%,He=0.3323,I=0.4935)andthegeneticdiversityofpopulationslevel(PPB=70.57%,He=0.2503,I=0.3718).Theresultsshowedthatafairlyhighgeneticdiversity weremaintainedinManglietiapatungensispopulation.Populationgeneticstructure:ISSR(POPGENE)analysisshowedthatthelevelof differentiationamongpopulations(Gst)was0.3245,indicatingthatthe 32.45%ofthe totalgeneticdiversitywasdistributedamongpopulationsand67.55%geneticdifferentiation withinpopulations,itindicatedthatthedifferentiationamongpopulationswaslow,geneflow(Nm)was1.0411,itmayrevealedthathigherfrequencyexistedinManglietia patungensis;Analysisofmolecularvariance(AMOVA)analysisoftheresultsof populationgeneticdifferentiationFstwas0.307.ISSR(POPGENE)analysisshowedthatthelevelofdifferentiationamongpopulations (Gst)was0.2316,indicatingthatthe23.16% ofthetotalgeneticdiversitywasdistributedamongp
