Clotting test：110 male mice were divided into 11 groups randomly. These 11 groups include Saline group, Qukeluding group，the Shuxuetongmai Ⅰ, Ⅱ，Ⅲ groups （Each group is divided into low, medium and high dose groups）. Filled drug into the stomach once a day, for 7 days. ① Glass slide method：An hour after the final filling drug，pick the blood by usingglass capillary tube from eye socket and drop in glass slide. Record the time as clotting time from the second Picking the blood to the second pulling up fiberprotein silk by injection needle. ② Glass capillary tube method：then brokethe 5cm length blood column tube above a little once every 30s until fiber protein silk appear. Record the time as clotting time from the second picking the blood to the second appearing fiber protein silk. 2. Bleeding test: 110 malemice were divided into 11 groups randomly（Specific groups were as clottingtests）. Filled drug into the stomach once a day, for 7 days.
