In the case of smaller volume or the same total area of lithographic wing , the grid fins get lift several times great than the traditional single wing. On the other hand, the grid fin drag influence raster missile range seriously, then this feature restricts the application of the missile weapon.Research shows that there is a direct effect of grid fin shape feature parameters on grid fin aerodynamic characteristics, cross-section shapes of grid fin walls as an important geometric characteristics, using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods, respectively, on different cross-section shapes for aerodynamic analysis, looking for appropriate grid wall cross-section shapes, in this way it will reduce grid fin drag, and increase the lift to drag ratio.Design cross-section shapes of grid fins for the diamond, four corners, hexagonal and rectangular, numerical simulation is carried out in the flow of subsonic 、transonic、supersonic, analysis of velocity and pressure nephogram data postprocess.The results show: Grid finswith cross-sections with such as diamond, square, hexagonal, which can greatly reduced the resistance compared with the rectangle bluff cross-section ones. At the same time, they also increase the lift and lift-drag increase ratio to some extent.
