题 目 合肥高新区动漫公寓工程工程 施工组织设计与估价分析 摘 要 本工程为公租房工程，采用框架结构，主体为24层，外加地下车库。其目标是创建省级双示范工程。本次设计包括两部分： 第一部分：工程估价编制 工程造价就是编制预算，审查决算，其目的是为了制止施工单位的高估冒算。工程造价是进行一项工程所需的全部费用。工程造价控制是对工程从设计阶段开始至实施阶段结束过程中各阶段进行有效控制。 第二部分：施工组织设计 本施工组织设计是针对合肥高新区公租房（动漫公寓）工程编制的实施性文件。编制时对施工条件、主要分部分项工程施工方案、安全及文明施工、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速的完成全部施工任务 本设计主要包括以下内容：1、工程造价计算书、单位工程材料分析表、工程施工组织设计书、施工平面布置图、流水施工进度计划、单位工程进度计划表及劳动力均衡图 关键词：工程造价；措施项目费；清单计价表 ABSTRACT This works for the public housing project, using frame structure, the subject into 24 layers, and the underground garage.
