Mainstudyingcontents and conclusions areas follows:Based on the numerical simulationmethod,the global macro model of standardcompacttensionspecimen(CTspecimen)andmicrosub-modeloffractureprocesszoneare constructedbyfiniteelementsoftwareABAQUS.Theresearchisfocusedonthestressand strain at theSCC tipcomposedby oxide film andbasemetal.TheSCCtipisanalyzedunderaconstantstressintensityfactorK.Theeffectoftheyieldstressof basemetalmaterial,theyieldstressofoxidefilmmaterialandthethicknessof oxidefilmonstressandstrainattheSCCtipisdiscussedrespectively.Theresultsindicate thattheyieldstressincreasingofbasemetalmaterialwillinduce thestressandstrain decreasingintheoxidefilmzone,thestressincreasingandstraindecreasinginthebasemetal zone;theyieldstressincreasingoftheoxidefilmmaterialwillinducethestressincreasing andstraindecreasinginoxidefilmzone,thestressandstraindecreasinginthebasemetal zone;thethicknessincreasingoftheoxidefilmwillinducethe stressan
