甲基丁香酚诱剂缓释效果的研究 摘 要 本文通过使用不同的量、不同的诱芯材料、与保湿剂和增稠剂混配以及混配后制作成果冻状甲基丁香酚等的研究，从而为使用甲基丁香酚在农业生产当中预测预报和综合防治提供理论参考依据。 在诱集瓶内使用不同量的甲基丁香酚的条件下，测定甲基丁香酚的田间持效期以及诱杀效果情况。结果表明：随着甲基丁香酚用量的增加，其在田间的持效期也会相应的延长，同时诱杀的虫量在一定程度上增加。在用1ml甲基丁香酚时的持效期为30d，而用量到2ml、4ml甲基丁香酚的田间持效期达到50d和105d。 在诱集瓶内使用不同诱芯材料的条件下，测定甲基丁香酚的田间持效期以及诱杀效果情况。试验结果表明：棉花诱芯的持效期较长、总共诱杀的虫量也相对较多；如塞到塑料管内其持效期将会进一步增加、但是诱杀的虫量不及棉花诱芯的诱杀虫量；而海绵块诱芯的持效期较短一些、总共诱杀的虫量也相对较少。 在诱集瓶内使用保湿剂、增稠剂与甲基丁香酚混配的条件下，测定甲基丁香酚的田间持效期以及诱杀效果情况。试验结果表明：通过分别添加2ml的甘油、2-3g羧甲基纤维素钠、2-3ml聚丙烯酸钠、2-3g聚乙烯醇与甲基丁香酚分别混配都可以延长甲基丁香酚的田间持效期15-30d，持效期内总共诱杀的虫量平均增加100-150头。 在诱集瓶内使用保湿剂、增稠剂与甲基丁香酚混配后制作成果冻状诱芯的条件下，测定甲基丁香酚的田间持效期以及诱杀效果情况。试验结果表明：混配以后的甲基丁香酚制成果冻状的诱芯其田间持效期和诱杀的虫量不及液体状的甲基丁香酚的田间持效期和诱杀的虫量，甲基丁香酚制作成果冻状后其在空气当中扩散出来的有效甲基丁香酚浓度相对较低，从而影响到诱杀的虫量。 关键词：甲基丁香酚；诱芯；持效期；混配；诱杀效果； ABSTRACT This article focus on different amount of different lures materials, and humectant and thickener mixed and mixed, made?into a jelly-like Methyl eugenol and other research, for the use of Methyl eugenol in agricultural production which forecastforecasting and prevention provide a theoretical basis.
