When you identify the root cause, you can solve a problem at its most basic level. 找出根本起因是任何故障解决成就的重要部分。当你确定了根本起因，你可以在基本的水平解决一个故障。 Any problem-solving effort that doesn’t focus on the root cause merely places a Band-Aid on the situation. A Band-Aid can mask the information you need to identify the real root cause.
