最新关中地区新型农村社区交往空间体系建构研究.pdf

摘 要 交往空间与村民的生活密切相关。随着传统村落人口的迅速增长、产业结构的调整 和升级，村落呈现出无序扩张、结构分散的现象，村落空间急需转型。这种情况下，新 型农村社区得到重视和发展。新的居住模式打破了村民传统的交往方式，暴露出较多矛 盾。因此，通过对村落交往空间的研究和新型农村社区交往空间问题的研究，分析当下 村民的需求，研究探讨交往空间体系的建构方法对指导新农村建设有重要的作用。 关中平原地处陕西中部，是中华文明的发源地。其自然地理条件、经济条件、社会 文化等条件是论文展开的基础。本文首先从传统村落空间结构形态特征入手，分析了村 落交往空间与传统村落空间结构形态之间的关系，总结出传统村落交往空间特征；然后 结合实际案例总结出当前关中地区新型农村社区交往空间规划建设中现存问题，并以此 为基础，搭建了交往空间与新型农村社区之间的关系，并提出时代发展对交往空间的新 要求。通过传承传统村落交往空间的特点，结合当代交往空间功能，探讨出符合时代需 要的新型农村交往空间设计方法。最后，从交往空间功能构成、空间布局和空间形态三 个方面研究建构出适合关中地区县域新型农村社区交往空间体系。以期对关中地区新型 农村社区交往空间规划建设提供参考与借鉴。 关键词：关中地区、新型农村社区、交往空间体系、建构方法 i Abstract The communication space was closely related to the lives of the villagers. With the rapid population growth, the structure adjustment and improvement, sprawls, fragmented structure of the villages were presented. Transition of the village space was urgent. The new rural community were developed and become important in this phenomenon. The new tendency of the settlement patterns broke down the traditional contract. The villagers’ demand was analyzed and constructing the communication space system method was discussed through the different village association and the communication space problem researching. All of the discussion and analyzing will be important guidance for new village construction. The cradle of Chinese civilization Guan-zhong Plain is in the middle of Shaanxi province. The physiographic, economic, social culture conditions of Guan-zhong Plain were the foundation of this article.
