缝合止血与电凝止血对宫颈冷刀锥切创面止血临床对比研究 　　[摘要] 目的 比较缝合止血和电凝止血对宫颈冷刀锥切创面止血的效果。方法 回顾性分析2008年2月～2011年2月在我院住院的61例接受宫颈冷刀锥切术的患者，按止血方法分为两组，缝合止血组31例，电凝止血组30例。对手术时间、术中及术后出血量及手术后并发症进行比较。结果 两组相比，缝合组患者手术时间、术中出血、术后出血量均优于电凝组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；缝合组患者术后并发症发生率低于电凝组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 宫颈冷刀锥切术中行缝合止血效果好，手术时间短，手术后远期并发症发生率低，较电凝止血法有明显优势，应在临床中推广使用。 　　[关键词] 宫颈上皮内瘤变；宫颈冷刀锥切；缝合止血 　　[中图分类号] R713.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）33-124-02 　　 　　Clinical Comparative Study of Hemostasis and Coagulation of Cervical Cold Knife Conization Wounds to Stop Bleeding 　　YI Xianyou XU Yongzhong 　　The Peoples Hospital of Zhangjiajie City in Hunan Province，Zhangjiajie 427000，China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare suture hemostasis and coagulation of cervical cold knife cone biopsy wound hemostasis. Methods A retrospective analysis from February 2008 to February 2011 in our hospital 61 patients who received cervical cold knife conization in patients divided into two groups according to haemostasis and suture groups of 31 to stop bleeding， coagulation group with 30 cases. The operation time，intraoperative and postoperative blood loss and postoperative complications were compared. Results Compared with patients suture operation time，blood loss，postoperative bleeding volume better than the coagulation group and the difference were statistically significant（P＜0.05）；The two groups compared to patients with postoperative suture group lower incidence of coagulation disorders group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.
