AbstractWiththedevelopmentofsocietyandtheadvancesintechnology,peoplehave higherrequirementforvehicleridingcomfort,whilethereducingvibrationof suspensionsystemsalwaysisakeyfactorthataffectstheimprovingofthis performance. Inthe lastcentury,the inventionof amegnetorheologicaldamper promotesthedevelopmentofthereducingvibrationtechniques.The megnetorheologicaldamperhasmanyadvantagessuchasstronganti-interference capability,fastresponseandlowenergyconsumptionandsoon.Thispresentsa chancetoitsapplicationinthevehiclesuspensionsystem.Sincethe megnetorheologicaldamperhascomplexnonlinearphysicalcharacter,thecontrol systemofthesuspensionsystembasedonamegnetorheologicaldamperusually adoptthestrategyoftheintelligentcontrolortheSkyhookcontrol,butthe intelligentcontrolalgorithmhassomedisadvantagessuchaslowcontrolprecision andslowlyfrequencyresponseandsoon,andtheSkyhookcontrolstrategyhas failedtomakefulluseofthemeritthatthecoulombforceofamegnetorheological dampercanbecontinuouscontrolled,soitisdifficulttofurtherimprovethe performanceofthemegnetorheologicalsuspensionsystembasedontheintelligent controlortheSkyhookcontrol.Thisthesiswillresearchhowtosolvetheproblems existinginthecurrentcontrolstrategies.Inthisthesis,thathowtoestablishthemodelofthesuspensionsystembased onthemegnetorheological damperisdiscussedfirstly. Intheprocessesof establishingmodel,anewprocessingmethodthathandlesmegnetorheological dampingforceinBinghammodelisproposed.Thismethodseparatesthecoulomb forceonlyrelatedwiththespeeddirectionfrommegnetorheologicaldampingforce tomakemegnetorheologicalcoulombforceforthesuspensionsystembeequivalent toanactiveexecutionforceinformandundersomeparticularstateconditions.And thenalinearizationmethodisgiven,whichintroducethefittingfunctionofthestaticnonlinearinversefunctionofmegnetorheologicalcoulombforcetothefront ofthemegnetorheologicaldampersoastoeliminatethecomplexnonlinear.Finally, basedonthecontrolsystempointofviewandaccordingtotheaboveprocessing, thethoroughtheoreticalanalysisofth
