关键字：新兴被字结构；句法生成；使役化；合并；移位；特征核查A bstractTheChinesetraditionalbeiconstructionisoneofthespecialChinesesentencestructures.Theearliestphrasesaboutthenew beiconstruction arebeizisha,beijiuye,beixiaokang etc.,and the new beiconstruction hasshown up on the Internetand even in m any influentialm ediain Chinasince 2009.Ithas already been understood and accepted by m ostofChinesenetizens.A lso,ithasthe tendencyofgeneralization and playsanim portantroleinlanguagecom m unication.Interestingly,thereisno suchlimitationthattheverbfollowing beihastobeanonvolitionalverb,butitcanbeavolitionalverb,anoun,anadjective,oratransitiveverb.Itisverydifferentfromthetraditionalbeiconstruction.Itisthusclearthatthesyntacticpositionim m ediatelybehindthebeihasbeen arelativelyfreepositioninthenew beiconstruction.Therearemany studies on different aspects ofthe new beiconstruction,suchasdiachronicaspect(冯地云2010),logicalaspect(段益民2010),sociologicalaspect(刘红妮2010)，semanticaspect(刘杰、邵敬敏2010)，pragmaticaspect(傅开平、彭吉军2009),syntacticaspect(文ll杰、召口敬敏2010)etc..However,thestudiesonthesyntacticaspectareVfarfrom perfect,andthisthesisexploresthesyntacticderivationalprocessofthe newbeiconstruction.Beforeexploring the syntactic derivationalprocessofthe new beiconstruction,thisthesisdiscusses the categoricalstatusofthe Chinesecharacterbei,andtakingbeiasalightverbism orereasonable.Besides,thisthesisalsorepresentsthegenerationprocessofChinesetraditionallong and shortbeiconstructions.InthespiritoftheMerge,M oveand FeatureChecking TheoryofM inim alistProgram ,thisthesis investigates the syntactic derivationalprocessesofthenew beiconstructionsand considerstheprocessescontainthreesteps.Thefirststep:NP+volitionalverb/noun/adjective/nonvolitionalverb.The noun or the adjective isused as a verb which involves verbcausativizationtoparticipatethegeneratingoperationinthisconstruction.The second step:X + shi+ NP+ volitionalverb/noun/adjective/nonvolitionalverb.Thelanguagebackgroundofthenew beiconstruction
