200km/h城际列车动力转向架设计 DESIGN OF POWER BOGIE FOR 200km/h INTERCITY TRAIN 摘要 自从世界上第一条高速铁路于1964年在日本东海道建成运行以来,尽管经历了曲折的发展过程,但由于高速铁路本身具有不可替代的优点,使其在世界许多国家得到了快速蓬勃的发展。为适应中国铁路跨越式发展要求,铁道部在2020年前规划建设“四纵四横”,总里程达12000多公里的高速铁路客运专线和快速客运通道。为了适应高速铁路的快速建设,高速列车的设计制造工作也是当务之急,而高速列车设计的核心则是转向架的设计。 本文从高速列车的转向架设计出发,介绍了200km/h城际列车动力转向架的设计,该转向架采用无摇枕结构,轴距2500mm。一系悬挂采用转臂式轴箱定位,设置双卷弹簧和垂向减振器作为轴箱悬挂。车轴采用空心车轴,减小簧下质量,车轮踏面为LMa磨耗型踏面。二系悬挂采用空气弹簧,设置抗侧滚扭杆和横向止挡,还具有横向减振器和抗蛇形减振器的设计。牵引方式采用单拉杆牵引。构架采用U形焊接构架,材料为Q345低合金高强度结构钢。驱动装置则是由两个电机、联轴节和齿轮箱斜对称布置。制动方式采用轮盘式制动。 焊接构架是高速动力转向架的关键之一,在车辆运行中承受牵引力、制动力、横向力和垂向力并将这些力传递给其他零部件因此,构架的可靠性、安全性对列车运行有重要影响。利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立焊接构架有限元分析模型TB/T 2368-2005《动力转向架构架强度试验方法》标准确定焊接构架计算载荷工况;对构架进行静强度计算。计算结果表明该转向架构架满足超常载荷和运营载荷工况下的强度要求。Abstract Since the worlds first high-speed railway in 1964 to run in Tokaido Japan, although high-speed railway experienced a tortuous developing process, it was developing rapidly in many countries in the world because of its irreplaceable advantages. In order to meet the development requirements of China Railway by leaps and bounds, the Ministry of Railways plans to build four vertical and four horizontal railway network by 2020, by then 12,000 kilometers of high-speed passenger rail line and rapid passenger access will be constucted. In order to adapt to the rapid construction of high-speed railway, the work of designing and manufacturing high-speed train is imperative, and its core is the bogie designing. In this paper, based on high-speed train bogie design, the design of 200km/h intercity train power bogie was introduced. The Bogie adopts the bolsterless structure, and the wheelbase was set to 2500mm. The primary suspension was axle beam type, and two-volume spring and Vertical damper as the axle box suspension. The hollow axles were used to reduce unsprung mass and the LMa wheel-tread wear were used; the secondary suspension is air spring type.
