Reference books, internet and communicate with teachers The report include four parts: theories of motivation; methods to improve job performance; importance of teamwork and team cohesiveness and performance. Section One Theories of motivation Explain and apply an appropriate content and an appropriate process theory of motivation to explain individual behaviour in the Win-Media. (At least two examples should be provided from the case study. Motivation Hierarchy of Needs, there is a hierarchy of five human needs; as each need becomes satisfied, the next need becomes dominant. Physiological: food, drink, shelter, sex; safety: physical safety; social: affiliation with others, affection, friendship; esteem: Internal; external and self-actualization: personal growth and fulfillment. Needs were categorized as five levels of lower- to higher-order needs. Individuals must satisfy lower-order needs before they can satisfy higher order needs, satisfied needs will no longer motivate and motivating a person depends on knowing at what level that person is on the hierarchy. In the case study, when they established Win-Media the four partners adopted a client centered mode of organization. New staffs were encouraged to develop the same all-round skills and capacities in addition to their specialization. This is the respect for employees. And the search for new business and continuing contacts with clients took a significant proportion of staff away from the office most of the time. This can make staff growth to make self-actualization. But now the new structure was also introduced in which the organization would be divided in to the several fu
